How to Hide The ALL tab from the Menu bar <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here We are explaining how to hide the All Tab Menu Bar from SugarCRM 6.4.4<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steps are as below,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1 :<\/strong>
Go to file include\/MVC\/View\/SugarView.php<\/code> and open the file in the PHP editor<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2 :<\/strong>
Go to line number 509 and comment the line<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 $groupTabs[$app_strings['LBL_TABGROUP_ALL']]['modules'] = $fullModuleList;\nbelow that add a new code\n $groupTabs[$app_strings['LBL_TABGROUP_ALL']]['modules'] = '';<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Thus once you set that ALL menu tab show only one item in that sub-tab<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 3 :<\/strong>
Now moving forward got to line number 513 and comment the line<\/p>\n\n\n\n
$allGroup = $app_strings['LBL_TABGROUP_ALL'];<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
below that add a new code<\/p>\n\n\n\n
 $allGroup = $app_strings['LBL_TABGROUP_ALL']  = '';<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
For the higher version means SugarCRM 6.5.*  and SuiteCRM use the following way<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STEP 1 :<\/strong>
Go to file  include\/MVC\/View\/SugarView.php<\/code> and open the file in the PHP editor<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Find for the ” $ss->assign(“groupTabs”,$groupTabs);”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
just above this line put this code<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\/\/this code is used to hide the all tab\n\nunset($groupTabs['All']);\n$ss->assign(\"groupTabs\",$groupTabs);<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Now save the file and refresh your SugarCRM or SuiteCRM instance. ALL menu tab will be removed from your instance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
